Tommy is a professional certified coach accredited by the International Coach Federation (PCC) and a Michigan State-trained psychologist (Ph.D.). He was the former Head of Professional Services, SHL Talent Measurement, CEB (now Gartner). He has experience in running business operation and managing a team of industrial/organizational psychologists, talent management and sales consultants.
He has over 25 years of experience in talent assessment and leadership development in the US and the Asia-Pacific region. Tommy has provided senior leadership and organizational consultation, executive coaching, Assessment and Development Centers, business leadership training and psychometric assessment in the selection and development of C-suites, regional leaders, executive teams, succession candidates and high potentials for multinational corporations (MNCs) and large and growing enterprises. Tommy is certified in a variety of psychometric assessment.
Previous to CEB/SHL, Tommy assumed senior positions at leading global talent assessment and development firms in the US and Hong Kong including Korn Ferry and Right Management in Atlanta and Hong Kong. He also served as an Adjunct Professor of Psychology at the Toccoa Falls College, a university near Atlanta and as a lecturer in Advanced-level Psychology courses at the Michigan State University.
