Rick Mattson coaches influential leaders of character and enables them to transform organizations. He has coached and mentored leaders from Fortune 100/500/1000 companies, military academies, higher education, non-profits and family businesses. He has earned the ICF ACC certification and is an instructor of coaching for the Master of Science in Organizational Leadership program at Columbus State University. He has spent 25 years leading high-performing teams and empowers clients to innovate, take measured risks, and achieve wildly important goals. He is currently completing his dissertation for his Ph.D. Rick’s corporate expertise is in Strategy Management, Organizational Effectiveness, and Portfolio/Program Management. Rick develops select clientele to provide executive coaching integrating character, culture, performance, strategy, leadership and emotional intelligence. He utilizes the latest coaching research combined with leading coach disciplines. He emphasizes a holistic approach aligning his client’s purpose and values in a faith-affirming, high-trust practice. He serves on the Board of Trustees for the Pastoral Institute and serves as a men’s small group leader for Church of the Highlands.
