I love all kinds of music, but some of my favorites are The Eagles; Peter Frampton; Billy Joel; Elton John; Selena; Romeo Santos; Black Eyed Peas; Usher; Diana Krall. When I am cooking, I like to alternate between Pachelbel and Romeo Santos. I am guessing it is unusual for those two to show up on the same playlist, right?

Consultant Insights

  • My ideal client is someone [an organization] who:

Is ready to face what they would rather avoid, has the courage to look deep within themselves, has the willingness to embrace necessary change, the faith to move into action, and the trust in themselves to create the life they want.

  • The highlight of my career so far has been:

Publishing my two books that served as the foundation for my coach training school. My two incredible partners and I graduated our first cohort in 2020 and then earned full ICF accreditation.

  • My superpower as a coach is:

I see all of the greatness my clients often overlook in themselves. When they start to see themselves as I see them, magic happens!

  • My philosophy on life is:

Every day is a gift or a burden; a blessing or a curse; a joy or a drudgery; a beginning or an ending. We are free to choose what we see and that is where our freedom and the human spirit coincide.

  • I hope my legacy is one of:

Living a life of gratitude and kindness; and choosing to be a blessing to others whenever it is within my power to do so. My desire is to equip as many people as possible with the knowledge, skills, and application of Equilibrium principles to make the world a better place.
