I love making ceviche when we have a fresh catch of saltwater fish. We have tried flounder, vermillion snapper, mangrove snapper, sea trout, and red fish. Red fish definitely works the best!

When I am cooking, I like to alternate between Pachelbel and Romeo Santos. I am guessing it is unusual for those two to show up on the same playlist, right?
