Senior Consultant

Dr. Frost’s core passion and skill is as an educator and developer of people. After twelve dedicated years as a talent strategy consultant and consulting manager for the likes of IBM, Kenexa, and The Home Depot, he returned to academia to teach professional students the reality of their academic concepts in action within organizations. He currently serves on the faculty at the University of Georgia and as the Director of the Professional Master’s Program in Industrial and Organizational Psychology.

Dr. Frost possesses a unique depth of practical experience and technical knowledge and skills in both individual and organizational level diagnosis and development, enabling him to effectively address the diverse needs of any given situation.
